Flora & Flow is all about using nature to support your mental health and wellness. We’ll take time to slow down, breathe, and tune into the natural world through Forest Bathing and gentle movement. It’s a chance to step away from the noise, get a bit of fresh air and exercise, and feel more grounded. Whether you’re looking to de-stress or simply take a mindful pause, you’re welcome to join us just as you are. Let’s move, breathe, and connect—with nature and with ourselves. This group meets twice a month from June to October. Please meet at the specified location and make sure to dress for the weather, bring sunscreen, bug spray and enough water. Good walking shoes, poles, binoculars and/or cameras are encouraged.
