Whispers of Wellness – Coffee Group

Grab a cup of coffee and join us for a discussion about mental wellbeing. This is an open group for people living with mental illness or mental health problems. This is an open group, which means you can join at any time and you are not required to attend every session. WOW provides opportunities to learn more about coping with mental health issues while meeting people who have similar experiences.

Occurs every Friday from 10:00am-11:00am
