Mindfulness means being present, and fully engaged, with whatever we’re doing at the moment. We are free from distraction or judgment, and aware of our thoughts and feelings without getting caught up in them. Our thoughts can feel unruly at times and this course will teach you to tame your mind by using mindfulness activities. If you have taken Confront Discomfort this course will build on the tools you have already gained to help you stay in the present moment despite what is going on in your life.
