Insight into Bipolar Disorder

This course is an introduction to Bipolar Disorder and is designed to give us better understanding of what it is and how it can show up in ourselves or the people we care for.  We will identify the signs, symptoms and types of Bipolar Disorder, look into treatment options available, and discuss coping strategies for Bipolar Disorder.
