Conflict Resolution is a course that teaches practical skills to navigate disagreements with confidence and respect. Through guided strategies and tools, you’ll learn how to turn conflict into an opportunity for understanding and collaboration.

Sometimes it’s difficult to know what to share, or who to share with. Throughout this course, you will learn how to be open, yet remain cautious about self-disclosure. This will lead to a practice of self-disclosure that makes you feel comfortable when interacting with others. This is a registered course that is 2 sessions (weeks) long. You only need to register for the first session. No drop-in.

Insights into Self-Compassion explores how being kind to ourselves, especially during tough times, can improve our mental and emotional well-being. We'll look at the key parts of self-compassion, like mindfulness, self-kindness, and recognizing that we’re not alone in our struggles. It’s about shifting from self-criticism to self-care, with simple tools and ideas you can use every day.
