The road to recovery is not an easy path. It is a journey of reinventing how you think about yourself, your mental health or substance use, and your recovery can be a challenging one! Throughout this course you will explore how to think and act in ways that move you towards a more meaningful life. This is a registered course, that is 4 sessions (weeks) long. You only need to register for the first session. No drop-in.

Every person will experience grief and loss – a profound sense of final separation from something or someone important. Grief is a normal and appropriate reaction to the death of a loved one, the experience of separation/divorce, intergenerational loss, or the loss of opportunity. While there are similarities in how individuals work through loss, grief is a complicated and unique experience that requires us to understand our own grieving process. This course is designed to increase our awareness of the dynamics of grief, and to provide tools and strategies to best support someone who is grieving and ourselves. This course is 2 sessions (weeks) long and registration is required for the first class only.  No drop in.
